TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR GUEST
The “Yes” items:
1. Keep the quiet atmosphere: walk gently on stairs; do not slam front door; keep TV and cell
phones on "low volume".
2. Trash to be placed in the containers in the back / side of the house. Maintain your
room(s) clean and fresh; be aware: inspection every week. You may use our cleaning
and linen laundry for $35 (room) / $55 (studio/apartment).
3. Notify site manager immediately of any problems with the plumbing, electric, etc., both in your room and the
bathroom / hallways. (Joseph 717-943.0959).
4. A minimum stay is required as agreed upon; a 30 day notice is required for termination of stay.
5. Moving in or out: BETWEEN 9:00 A.M AND 6:00 P.M only.
6. Payment with credit / debit card via PayPal or cash is due 1 day BEFORE end of payment period; with a check or
money order 5 days before. Be aware: $25 for any late payment day + $50 key activation fee after 3 late days.
The “NO” items:
7. No overnight guests. No cluttering. No candles or any open fire. No smoking. No pets.
8. Do not add appliances (toaster ovens, space heaters, humidifiers etc.) unless we o.k. it, or touch
thermostat. Shut off utilities when you are away / at work / not at your place for more than 2 hours.
9. Ask manager regarding mail. Do not use the house address for your driver license registration or permanent address.
10. Do not leave highly valuable items or cash; arrange for your own insurance. Also be aware
that due to the short term stay your place may be shown to others with short notice to you.

At ending my/our stay the room/apartment + content will be exactly as I/we got it; I/we will replace any furniture or appliance that results in damage due to excessive / abusive use. Returning my/our deposit is based on this.
